For the last 6 years, I have been fighting high cholesterol (240). My doctor was going to give me one more year before she wanted me to start on medicine. I had a blood panel done last week and got the results back on Sat. My total cholesterol had dropped 60 points – Unbelievable!!! Bert and I were trying to figure out what the difference was in the last year – my weight, exercise, and work stress were all at the same levels. The biggest difference was that I was actually eating a balanced dinner. This has to be it! Thanks to your wonderful meals, I am back to a normal cholesterol level.
