Come celebrate with North Carolina’s favorite personal chef, The Food Fairy, as she launches her first in a series of cook along DVD’s. This DVD, Cook Once – Eat For Weeks, brings her years of culinary experience right into your home. You will fly around the kitchen with Terri and in ninety minutes end up with 3 servings of 8 delicious nutritious meals for your family.
A special promotional package that includes the DVD and her hand made fairy cooking wand will be available for purchase. It’s the perfect holiday gift.
Come and enjoy food, beverages and music by The Haw River Rounders. There will be give-aways every 15 minutes, too! Bring a friend to share the bounty!
Financing for the DVD launch is provided through the Chatham Loan Fund, a new partnership between the Chatham County Economic Development Corporation and the Center for Community Self-Help. The loan to The Food Fairy is the first loan closed from the Fund.

When A Prairie Home Companion came to Durham in May, 2009, The Food Fairy was selected to cater meals and snacks (hospitality) both Friday and Saturday - two breakfasts, two lunches and one dinner - for the entire cast, guests and crew. Host Garrison Keillor was moved to say, “A Prairie Home Companion never ate so well as when the Food Fairy fed us backstage at Durham in May 2009
